To determine the rate a member will receive on a loan, Team
One adheres to the policies of our Reflective Pricing Program.
Our Reflective Pricing Program determines the interest rates
paid on loans by the individual member's credit score. This
program is designed to reward members that repay their outstanding
debt on time with better loan rates. Reflective pricing also
encourages members with less than perfect credit to improve
their payment history so they can receive better loan rates.
