Youth Loans
We know that kids and young adults need
to learn the advantages of managing their
money, too. Members age 12 to 17 may be
eligible for a loan from the credit union
for any worthwhile purpose -- a new bike,
a lawn mower, or even a school trip. The
student must show the ability to repay
the loan, and a parent's signature is
required for acknowledgment (not as a
co-signer). As a savings tool, a portion
of each loan payment is deposited directly
into the member's savings account.
