Direct Deposit

With direct deposit, you arrange to send your entire net pay, Social Security or pension check directly to the credit union each payday. It's fast, safe and easy! Direct Deposit gives you the security of knowing your money is automatically deposited into your Team One account(s). It can even be automatically divided among different accounts based on your direction. You'll have immediate access to your money without waiting in line.

To begin enjoying the convenience of direct deposit, simply give your Payroll Department our Routing Transit Number, #272484470, and your Team One account number, or provide them with a voided check and tell them you would like Direct Deposit with Team One.

If you receive Social Security payments, you can sign up to have these payments direct deposited into your Team One account by visiting www.godirect.org or calling 1-800-772-1213

Payroll Deduction

With payroll deduction you authorize your employer to send part of your paycheck directly to the credit union each payday. Your deposit can be divided into any of your accounts or used to make loan payments at your direction. Payroll deduction encourages you to save effortlessly by having the funds deducted right out of your paycheck. All you need to get started is to provide your payroll provider with Team One's routing/transit number (272484470) and your appropriate TOCU account number.

Account Number Format

Please use the following information to make sure your account number formatting is correct when transferring your funds electronically.

If you need assistance, please contact Team One at (989) 754-6575. Please do not send your account number or personal information via email for your security.

If you have a Checking Account

  1. A: Routing Number
  2. B: Account (Cross Reference) Number*
  3. C: Check Number
*Please note: For security purpose, Team One uses a cross reference number to represent your account number on paper checks. Learn more

If you only have a Savings Account

For automatic electronic fund transfers (ACH) your account number should be 8-digits in length total. You'll first add two zeros at the end of your account number. Then, add additional zero(s) in front of your account number, if needed, to make the entire number 8-digits.

Example 1: Your account number is 12345. The 8-digit format is 01234500.

  1. Add two zeros at the end of your account number: 1234500
  2. Add one zero in front of the number to make it 8-digits: 01234500

Example 2: Your account number is 123. The 8-digit format is 00012300.

  1. Add two zeros at the end of your account number: 12300
  2. Add three zeros in front of the number to make it 8-digits: 00012300

Example 3: Your account number is 123456. The 8-digit format is 12345600.

  1. Add two zeros at the end of your account number: 12345600
  2. No need to any zeros in front of the number because it's now 8-digits
