New Online Banking Platform Launches Soon!
If you are using the Team One Credit Union app on an iPhone or other Apple device, you will simply need to update your app. Android users may need to uninstall the current app and re-download it from Google Play or the App Store.For the days leading up to the upgrade, here is what you can expect:
- Bill Pay will be unavailable for 24 hours.
- The on demand transfer function within Online Banking will be unavailable. If you have scheduled Online Banking transfer(s) during this time, they will still take place.
It all adds up to an Online Banking experience that will make managing your financial life easier and more efficient! As we grow closer to the time of the upgrade, we’ll keep you up-to-speed with everything you need to know. We’re confident that you’ll be very impressed with our new Online Banking system’s robust capabilities and intuitive, user-friendly interface.
What you can look forward to:
If you are a signer on more than one account, one simple log-in will allow you to view multiple accounts at once.
All Account-to-Account transfers currently set-up within online banking will carry over with the upgrade.
All of your Bill Pay information will carry over with the upgrade. Bill Pay will immediately be at your fingertips after you log in to Online Banking and will be an easily accessible feature of Mobile Banking.
What you need to be prepared for:
Your first log-in to the upgraded system may prompt you to change your username. As we get closer to the date, we will let you know when to expect this change.
Each user will need to enable account alerts, as they will not transfer over to the updated system.
