Team One Credit Union is excited to announce that we updated our Mobile App to improve your banking experience. Our updated app is designed with you in mind and we are confident that you will love the new features. Here are three key benefits to updating your Mobile App:
Fewer Bugs: Our updated app is built to be more stable and reliable than ever before. We have taken great care to address any bugs or issues that our users have experienced in the past and are confident that our updated app will provide a smoother, more seamless banking experience.
Easier Troubleshooting: In the event you do encounter issues with our app, the updated version makes it easier to troubleshoot and resolve them. We have streamlined our interface and added new tools to help you quickly diagnose and solve any problems you may encounter.
More Stability: Our updated app has increased stability and security. We have implemented industry-leading security features and protocols to ensure that your information is safe and protected at all times.
In addition to these key benefits, we made some Android-specific changes to our app. We have moved the navigation from the upper left to the lower right under "More" and have standardized the user experience to make it easier for you to find what you need across both Android and iOS platforms.
We modernized the look and interface of our app with larger fonts for account information and balances making it easier to read and understand. And, you are now able to access quick options by sliding the account information to the left to reveal one button transfer, mobile deposit, loan payment and Bill Pay options.
Finally, we standardized our navigation to match what is currently in the desktop version of our app with easy access to settings, locations, contact and support options.
