eAlerts are free and included with your Team One Online Banking service.
Choose to receive eAlerts when the following events occur:
- Payroll Deposit occurs
- Automatic Deduction occurs (examples: utility payment, insurance payment)
- Account balance exceeds or falls below specified level
- CD matures or is renewed
- Overdraft Transfers and Non-Sufficient Funds
- Security Alerts
Setup eAlerts
- Login to your Online Banking account. You must be enrolled in Online Banking to sign up for eAlerts.
- Click on your profile icon located on the top right.
- Select Settings in the dropdown menu.
- Select Notifications tab towards the middle of the bank of tabs.
- Review alerts and change alert by clicking on the Gear icon to the right of each notification.
- Turn on or off alerts
- When turning on an alert, you must provide either email or phone number, then click Save.
