Add an extra layer of protection and manage your Credit and Debit Card activity with ease, right from Online and Mobile Banking.
Card transactions happen quickly. Advanced Card Controls give you the flexibility to customize your alerts, helping you manage spending and stay informed.
With Advanced Card Controls, you can:
- Block your card if it is lost or stolen. You can unblock your card at any time.
- Receive real-time alerts when your card is used.
- Add travel notices to help prevent card interruptions while you are away.
- Set spending limits and block certain transactions or transaction types.
- Set alerts for the types of merchants you want to be notified about.
Manage Your Card
Log in to your account from a desktop or through the mobile app and follow the steps below.
Note: Some steps may vary slightly depending on whether you’re using the mobile app or desktop.
- Select “More” from the bottom taskbar (mobile app only).
- Select “Tools” (mobile app and desktop).
- Choose “Card Controls” (mobile app and desktop).
- Select the card you want to manage (swipe in the mobile app, click on desktop).
- Scroll down and select “Alerts and Controls.”
Once you are in Advanced Card Controls, you can customize alerts and settings to fit your preferences.
