Simply call our Communication Center at 888.288.3261. Our friendly staff can take your payment over the phone or assist you in transferring a payment from another account for free. A payment with funds from another Financial Institutions Credit Card will have a service fee*.
Shared Branch Co-op
Utilizing a Credit union connected to the CO-OP Financial Services network when you are not near a Team One branch is another way to make your loan payment. Click here to search for a Shared Branch near you.
Primary Financial Institution
You can set up Online Bill Pay or an External Transfer at your primary bank or credit union with Online Banking access.
