What began as a vision for the future of our credit union is now coming to life in downtown Saginaw — a space designed to better serve our Members, support our team, and strengthen the communities we call home.

New Corporate Office Takes Shape This Spring
With early groundwork complete and structural work well underway, construction on Team One’s new corporate office is entering an exciting new phase this spring.While the initial phases focused on preparing the site and building a strong foundation, crews are now focusing on the structural details and the core elements that define the building’s shape and layout. Each step brings us closer to opening our doors and welcoming Members into a space designed to better serve their needs.
This month, we are proud to recognize American Excavating of Saginaw for their important role in preparing the site. Their early work helped establish a strong foundation for everything that has followed, setting the stage for the progress we are seeing today.
